I believe in driving my growth by constantly challenging myself to push the bar, scale higher and bigger mountains (literally and metaphorically). What some may see as risk, I see them as opportunities.
This growth mind-set has led me to become an avid Himalayan trekker & a marathoner, a certified Yoga teacher and a highly driven, result-oriented management professional. I love to wear multiple hats in both personal and professional arena which has often led me to walk on unfamiliar territories and deal with ambiguity of all kinds with far greater ease than most other people.
And this has given me an edge over most others to navigate through unstructured, dynamic work environments and roll up my sleeves to lead from the front through all sorts of challenging professional scenarios.
My personal mantra is to apply both head and heart for complex forms of problem solving instead of choosing one over another. And in the age of AI & ML, what truly sets us humans apart is our ability to harness our intuitive intelligence while using data in hand to anticipate and mitigate big risks and nip them in the bud.
